Hensek Integrated Services Limited in partnership with the Nigerian Medical Association, NMA, has launched free medical and surgical outreach in Oron.
The 10th edition of the free medical outreach which began on Monday, February 12 at the General Hospital, Iquita Oron, has so far recorded 19 successful surgeries.
The 5-day well packed exercise is currently engaging most topnotch medical experts under the NMA fold.
Findings showed that the free medical outreach is not limited to indigenes of the area, but residents of adjoining areas who are not capable of picking up their medical bills.
The Managing Director , Hensek Integrated Services Limited, Engr Uwem Okoko and progenitor of the Free Medical Outreach, is said to believe in the ideology that “health is wealth”, reason he has been sacrificing yearly to assist people with medical needs.

Meanwhile, this year’s outreach is paying extra special attention to surgical, eye and dental cases, as well as accidents and emergencies, while also attending to general cases.
Some beneficiaries who interacted with newsmen, expressed excitement for the gesture and described the MD of Hensek as a man with a good heart.
However, 25 surgical cases were prepared for theatre in the early hours of Monday while 19 successful surgeries have been recorded.
