To deepen collaboration with oil-producing communities and promote inclusive development, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Exploration & Production Limited (NEPL) and its joint venture partner, Sumedha Energy Limited (SEL), have inaugurated the Board of Trustees (BOT) for the OML-13 Host Communities Development Trust (HCDT) in Akwa Ibom State, in compliance with the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021.
