The National Cash Transfer Office (NCTO) has conducted a Stakeholders’ Sensitization Meeting to address misconceptions surrounding the Cash Transfer Programme under the National Social Safety Nets Programme (NSSNP). Akwa Ibom state students in public secondary schools who took 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination(WASSCE) have not been able to access their result over alleged indebtedness of the state government to the examination body, West African Examination Council, WAEC.
